My clients are for life. I have been in the business for 13 years and before that, I helped my father who was also an agent.  I provide full-service real estate to all of my clients whether they are buying or selling and at whatever price point. I want my clients to feel relaxed and like everything is looked after. Every year I participate in some form of real estate education so that I can better negotiate, write contracts and otherwise serve my clients. 
I am an avid world traveller and have lived abroad in Europe, Australia and the middle east and whenever I return home to Victoria I am never disappointed. We live in one of the best cities in the world and we are exceptionally lucky. 
I specialize in all the best neighbourhoods in Victoria. I make it a point to support local businesses and really enjoy treating my clients to some of the fine restaurants that we have in Victoria. I love living here and recreating here and can provide a really great insight into what it is like living here if you are an out-of-town buyer. 
Another area that I really enjoy as I grew up in a rural area is helping clients with large acreages anywhere in BC as well as waterfront and boat access-only properties. Before I was a realtor I spent time as a professional yacht crew which gives me a unique insight into living on and enjoying the water.
